Welcome to the virtual home of Mid-MO Training Experts. We are located in Mexico, MO. We offer training to many different kinds of athletes. We have a lot of clients who are in high school, Who play a wide range of sports, including football, cross country, soccer, softball, basketball, baseball, and wreslting.Our programs for the casual athlete or the athlete wanting to take it to the next level.

But, don't think we are just for athletes, we have programs for adults and seniors as well. With us being a training complex, we can handle weight loss, rehabilitation, and general fitness as well.
